REEF 995 is shaped around a practical response to Dubai’s climate: every residence is designed with REEF’s patented outdoor-cooled sunken balcony. Residents can use an infinity pool, jacuzzi, children’s pool and play area, yoga zone, gym, CrossFit and climbing facilities, jogging track, zen and vegetable gardens, barbecue areas and outdoor seating. The roof adds an outdoor cinema and cricket pitch, while French-inspired courtyards give the common areas a distinctive character.

REEF 995 is suited to buyers who want a measurable entry price and a design feature that differentiates the home. Two 70/30 payment options are published: both require 20% on booking and 50% during construction; the remaining 30% can be paid on handover or through a three-year post-handover plan at 1% per month.
