Sakura Gardens translates the calm, balanced character of Japanese landscape design into a full residential community. Dining and retail spaces are also planned within the community.

Sakura Gardens is positioned for buyers seeking a furnished home with a broad choice of formats and a strong wellness focus. Prices are advertised from AED 800,000, with handover scheduled for Q4 2028. The developer lists Burj Khalifa, Dubai Marina and Dubai International Airport at approximately 25 minutes; journey times depend on traffic.
