The beach resorts are located on the eastern side of Palm Jumeirah. Ten beach villas with views across the Gulf to the Burj Al Arab. The other ten buildings face west with views from the trunk to the Jumeirah Beach Resorts and the Dubai Eye Ferris wheel.

The Shoreline buildings are ten stories high and the apartments vary from one to three bedrooms, with the penthouse having four bedrooms. Six variants are available. Resident amenities include five unique beach clubs, swimming pools, gyms, steam rooms, private beaches, playgrounds, shops and a restaurant.
